WishCare
AHA BHA Anti-Dandruff Shampoo Hydrating Formula
Sulfate-free shampoo that discloses 2% salicylic acid and 0.3% piroctone olamine — sensible for mild flaking, but “proven clinically” is a consumer survey.
Is WishCare AHA BHA shampoo good for dandruff?
For mild flaking, yes: 2% salicylic acid lifts flakes, and it adds piroctone olamine and climbazole. Its 0.3% piroctone olamine is below the levels in published trials, so stubborn dandruff may need something stronger.

Our Take
WishCare does something most of its rivals do not: it prints its doses — 2% salicylic acid and 0.3% piroctone olamine, with climbazole as a third active — in a sulfate-free base of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, cocamidopropyl betaine and sodium cocoyl isethionate. The 2% salicylic acid is a proper keratolytic dose for lifting flakes; the 0.3% piroctone olamine is lower than in the published shampoo trials, and the climbazole level is not disclosed, so this suits mild flaking better than stubborn dandruff. Much of the rest of the front label — LHA, glycolic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, “pre+probiotics” — sits in the sub-1% tail of a product you rinse off, and we could not identify any prebiotic in the ingredient list at all. Our bigger objection is to “Proven Clinically” and “100% dandruff reduction”: the only footnote we found traces them to a consumer-perception survey of 100 people using the shampoo and conditioner together, which is not a clinical study. At an MRP of ₹259 for 120 ml (about ₹2.15 a ml) this trial size is the dearest way to buy it — the 250 ml works out cheaper per ml — and it carries fragrance and hydrolysed wheat protein, so check the label if you have a wheat allergy.

What buyers report
Recent Amazon reviews mostly say it lathers well and leaves the scalp clean without drying the hair, which fits its sulfate-free base, and many report fewer flakes after a few washes. The recurring complaint, from a minority, is noticeable hair fall, and one overseas buyer found the effect faded after the first wash.
